Configuration Guide
Adding the Node
Select Google Docs Node from the Playground menu, click to drop it onto the canvas, title it (e.g., "Brand Guidelines" or "Sales Report"), and save.
Google Authentication
Click the node, log in with your Google account, and authorize Delaverse for read/write access. Create a new document if needed, then save.
Operation Type
Select the operation mode: Read Operation or Write Operation. When this node is connected to the AI Assistant Node, the corresponding function (reading from or writing to the document) is automatically added to the Assistant, enabling proper functionality.
Document Configuration
Content Format: Choose from: Plain Text, Formatted Text, or Structured. Maximum Content Length: Specify the limit in characters. Description Box: Add notes or context about the document. Document Sections: Click Add Section to define individual sections. For each section, provide: Section Name and Section Description.
Content Setup
For import, input content (e.g., brand tone: friendly, use 😊, avoid jargon, include call-to-action). For export, designate a blank or templated document for AI outputs. Use clear formatting, then click Update and save.
Connecting Nodes
Use the Function Call Node to connect the Google Docs Node to the AI Assistant Node for dynamic import/export and real-time sync. Link the Google Docs Node output to Vector Database for static data import. Or connect to AI Assistant for further processing. Verify data flow and save.
Saving Changes
Click Save Changes, close the editor, test the connection to confirm Google Docs access, then save.
